Arena was a TV series about gambling that aired from 2002. The format of the program featured teams taking on each gaming of this time in the kind of a LAN party. Many episodes of this show revolved around a championship format that was continuing.
Some video gaming revolve episodes, such as Unreal Tournament 2004 and Call of Duty. Teams have been provided a opportunity to talk about themselves and explain these name's source. Team ZoMBiE won the Tournament of Champions in 2004 to become the Ultimate Arena Champions. Team Kaizen won the Tournament of Champions to become the Ultimate Arena Champions.
The series was hosted by Travis Oates and Wil Wheaton, however both hosts abandoned due to conflicts with this program's producer, Jim Downs, where most were made public by Wheaton in a Slashdot posting. They have been replaced with Lee Reherman and Michael Louden. The hosts were both Reherman and Kevin Pereira.
The first two seasons were filmed in studio two. Back in 2004, for its shows' third and final season, filming moved into studio 3, that had been the biggest studio in the old headquarters of G4. When word of this TechTV buy-out became public, and the series had been likely to be cancelled consequently, the show banked a few episodes, and then scrapped the set July 2004 to make way for xplay, The Screen Savers, and Unscrewed with Martin Sargent, three former TechTV properties.
