Stalag 17
It's a Dull Xmas 1944 for the American POWs at Stalag 17. For those men in Barracks 4, all sergeants, need to take care of a problem that is grave - there seems to be a security leak. Even the Germans appear to be forewarned about escapes and at the most recent attempt the two men, Johnson and Manfredi, walked into a trap and were murdered. For some in Barracks 4, especially the loud mouthed Duke, the leaker is obvious: J.J. Sefton, a wheeler dealer who does not hesitate to trade with the guards and who's acquired goods and privileges that no additional prisoner seemingly have. Sefton makes it quite clear he does not have any intention of trying to flee and simplifies providing the Germans any advice. He intends to ride the war out into what little comfort they can arrange, however it doesn't expand to spying for the Germans.
