Barely Dreaming

When fiction writer Adrian Aytese falls terminally ill, he allows his sister Paige in on a secret publication he scripted in a journal. The book details his extensive search for a mystical girl of his previous desires. A special sand offered to him by his elder pal Bud is meant to help Adrian sleep more peacefully, but instead, Adrian's dreams as well as facts begin to lose limits as his darkest anxieties and happiest memories clash. As Paige delves much deeper, she realizes that the book might not be as fictional as she believed - and also Bud may not be that she thinks he is.
