UFO Hunters
UFO Hunters can be an American television show which premiered on January 30, 2008 on The History Channel, produced by Motion Picture Production Inc., also ran for three seasons.
Jon Alon Walz was the Executive Producer of this series and was accountable for selling the show History Channel after a bidding war for the rights to this series broke from Scifi Channel and History Channel.
The idea of the series was analyzed in a segment of History Channel's 2006 UFO special entitled"deepsea UFOs", produced by Motion Picture Production Inc, which featured two of the final four cast members. "UFO Hunters" was not really a spin off from a 2005 History Channel special using the exact identical title.
The show's tagline is: History or Hoax?
The show must not be confused with a similarly branded and themed UFO Hunters, a special that debuted time and the exact day on the sci fi Channel, also developed by the producers of Ghost Hunters, but which just aired one incident.
In the usa, the first two seasons were just released by History Channel on DVD. The format was just released in full screen rather than wide screen. In the united kingdom, History Channel released the final and next season on DVD but the episodes were first released from the incorrect airdate order.
