The Samurai

The Samurai is really actually a ancient fiction tv show made by Senkosha Productions during 1960s. Its Japanese name was Onmitsu Kenshi. The series premiered in 1962 and ran consistently until 1965 of 13 episodes each for ten self-contained story arcs. Also created were two feature films from Toei Company, produced in 1964 and a stage show. The Samurai proved to be extremely successful despite its limited budget. This had been the Japanese television program built a large fanbase on the list of regional young audience at the time and seen in Australia, where it premiered in 1964 , rapidly being a cult favourite. Despite the recognition in Australia as well as victory in the Philippines and Japan, New Zealand, the series wasn't widely screened elsewhere and also its popularity remains restricted to those nations. The series the newest Samurai, including an entirely new primary personality, which was cancelled after only 39 episodes followed in 1965 This , compared to 128 episodes of the first series. Back in 1973, a television series has been made for 26 new episodes at an attempt of then a short-lived re boot and a remake. Most the Television series were sponsored by Takeda Pharmaceutical.
