The Love Boat
The Love Boat is an American television series set on a cruise boat, that aired on the ABC Television Network in September 2-4, 1977, before May 2-4, 1986. The show surfaced Gavin MacLeod whilst the captain of the ship. It had been part of ABC Saturday night lineup that contained Fantasy Island before that show.
The 1976 movie on was itself based on the nonfiction book The Love Boats by Jeraldine Saunders, a cruise director. Two TV pictures would accompany until the series began its conduct.
The executive producer for the series had been Aaron Spelling, who produced several powerful series for ABC from the 1960s.
In 1997, the incident with segment titles"Hidden Treasure","Picture from the Past", and"Ace's Salary" was ranked No. 82 on TV Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time. The Love Boat ran for 10 seasons.
