The Good Guys

Once-upon the 1970 s, Dan Stark along with his partner, Frank Savage, were big-shot Dallas detectives. So big, in reality, after saving the juvenile's son they were lauded. Thirty decades after, Dan Stark is just really a washedup detective that spends most of his time drunk or rehashing his glory days. Jack Bailey, dan's new partner, is an overall, by the book and ambitious great detective, but is too snarky for their own good. He has been made a dead-end status in the department by his custom of sabotaging himself, and he's stuck solving petty theft cases that were annoying that nobody wants. He's already been given the thankless task of babysitting Dan, the drunk pariah who can never keep partners for long.
