The City
The City can be an American reality television show that aired on MTV until July 1 3, 2010 in December 29, 2008. Developed as the spin-off of this Hills, the show introduced two seasons and dedicated to the professional and personal lives of several women residing in New York City, nyc. While Liz Gateley functioned as the executive producer, Adam DiVello conceived its assumption.
The show originally centered since she began employment on Whitney Port, that seemed at its predecessor. It additionally placed her friend Erin Lucas, Port's boyfriend Jay Lyon, his roommate Adam Senn, and increased exposure of her workplace rival Olivia Palermo. The latter three were substituted by Port's roommate Roxy Olin and the enemy Erin Kaplan of Palermo to its next half this first season.
The City received reviews by critics, and was less successful than The Hills. Like its predecessor, the show was criticized for appearing to produce much of its own storyline, also glancing towards a storyline format more commonly seen in scripted genres for example soap operas. The show has spread all seasons to DVD.
