Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Distinctly different from the grim, violent, and dark MIRAGE comics from which the Turtles originated, this version of the franchise has remained the version of most. Hamato Yoshi fall into the sewers and befriends four turtles a man sent. He sees a strange green glow that transforms the four turtles to human-like creatures. Hamato (currently Master Splinter) changes to a giant rat by the green glow plus teaches the turtles the abilities of the ninja as they synergy with Channel 6 news reporter April O'Neil to fight Yoshi's arch-enemy Shredder and Krang, an alien warlord out of Dimension X.
