T. and T. is a Canadian television show that ran from 1987 to 1990. In January 1988, the sitcom made its debut in first-run syndication. In 1990, additional episodes were broadcast on the Family Channel. After the demise of The A-Team in 1986, this was Mr. T's starring vehicle. Merry Clayton sang the theme song for the series. It was the voice-over that established the film's premise:
