Password
Password is a American television game series which was created by Bob Stewart for Goodson-Todman Productions. The host had been Allen Ludden, who'd previously been well called the host of their G.E. College Bowl.
Password originally aired for telecasts per weekday in October 2, 1961 along with prime period airings in January 2, 1962 on September 9, 1965 and December 25, 1966 to May 22, 1967. An additional shows aired in April 5, 1971 on June 27, 1975 on ABC.
The show's announcers have been John Harlan around ABC and Lee Vines on CBS and Jack Clark.
Aired on NBC in 1979--1982 and 1984--1989, followed closely by a prime time variant on CBS in 2008--2009.
Back in 2013, TV Guide ranked it #8 in its own list of the 60 game shows.
