Never Better

Never Better is actually a British television sitcom that started on 10 January 2008. It stars as regaining Keith Merchant along with Kate Ashfield as his wife Anita Stephen Mangan. Fintan Ryan for World Productions writes the series. The series has been described like a sitcom that was dark, being contrasted to some other recent sitcoms such as Lead Balloon and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Critics have complained that the show is too like those type of programs, as well as attacking the nature of Keith not to be funny. Viewers received poorly the series, with the first series attracting an average audience of less than one million viewers per event.
