Jack Taylor
Jack Taylor is an Irish television movie. Place in Galway, the show celebrities Iain Glen from the eponymous role of Jack Taylor, a former officer with the Garda Síochána who becomes a"finder" after departing the ceremony. Taylor is just a guy who belongs searching for clues where the others have not bothered . In addition, he knows the roads of his hometown just like the trunk of his hand.
The show was initially broadcast on TV3 in Ireland on two and then aired together with Dutch subtitles on Canvas in Belgium. February 2013, it received its UK debut on 21. The show has also been made available on DVD. It's received mixed reviews. Bernice Harrison of this Irish Times felt the show was spoiled by the voice overs, which lent the texture of a gumshoe in a film noir to the character of Glen. However, David Stephenson of the Daily Express said he had been hooked by the incident's strong opening sequence. A investigator interviewed from The Guardian's Laura Barnett explained he found the show amusing, however it did not always give a true portrayal of his profession.
