Inspector Gadget

Inspector Gadget is an animated television series about the exploits of a clumsy, dim-witted cyborg investigator dubbed Inspector Gadget – a person with different bionic gadgets installed into his body. Dr. Claw, the leader of the nefarious organization "M.A.D," is Gadget's arch-nemesis. This was DIC Entertainment's first syndicated animation show, airing from 1983 to 1986 and continuing into the late 1990s. It is still seen in reruns around the world. The series was created by firms in France, Canada, the United States, Taiwan, and Japan. It was a co-production between DIC Entertainment in France and Nelvana in Canada, with animation work handled by Tokyo Movie Shinsha in Japan and Cuckoo's Nest Studio in Taiwan. It was the first animated television series to be shown in stereo.
