Ice Pilots NWT
Ice Pilots NWT is a reality tv show broadcast on Background Canada that portrays Buffalo Airways, an airline based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. WWII-era propeller planes year-round in the Canadian North are mainly flown by buffalo. It premiered on November 18, 2009. With filming completed on August 2, 2010, the show was renewed for another season. January 12, 2011, the season premiere has been aired on History Television. Season 3 had been greenlit on August 18, 2010 and began airing on October 12, 2011. In the united kingdom, series 2 has been shown on Quest beginning. The episodes season 4 are shown on the Discovery Channel in the United Kingdom. Season 1 of Ice Pilots began airing on the National Geographic Channel in the US on April 22, 2011. Both Season 1 and 2 have aired in Australia on National Geographic Channel and National Geographic Channel HD and air on the station 7 Mate.
On February 2, 2012 The Weather Channel announced that it added its prime time lineup and Ice Pilots. On March 5, 2012 the show began broadcasting on The Weather Channel, you start with 2 and seasons 1.
The show airs even though it will broadcast episodes.
