Flikken
Flikken has been a well known Flemish-Belgian television series about a police-department situated in Ghent. April 2009, the series started in 1999 and stopped lately on 19. From this chain, a group of six police solved petty crimes various crimes as well as organised crime. The series targeted at revealing the policework in a manner - though only a small personal play was never far off. Of all the actors that came during the ten seasons, only Mark Tijsmans and Ludo Hellinx appeared all through the series.
Flikken broadcast on Korean public channel Eén and TROS at Holland and was produced by the VRT. Flikken is Remarkably Popular in Holland and Belgium. The series has received high evaluations up to 1.8 million viewers over the last season.
Every year that the VRT organises the Flikkendag, a family day at which the people will meet the actors of this series. There are presentations of the authorities, games and safety organisations and performances of singers. On 18 April 2009, a particular party was organised in Ghent, where crew and the actors said goodbye to his fans - .
