Fame

Fame is an American television series produced between 1982 and 1987. The show is in line with the 1980 motion picture of the same name. Utilizing a Combination of drama and songs, it followed closely the lifestyles of their students and school at the New York City High School for the Performing Arts. Although fictional, it was established greatly on the True Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York. Most scenes were filmed in Hollywood, California. In New York City, exterior scenes were filmed by the show on location in most seasons except the next. The series' popularity, especially in the UK, live concert tours and led to many hit records. After the series was cancelled despite its success, careers were claimed by very few of the celebrities. A range of the cast members were spotted briefly in Bring Back. . .Fame, a reunion special-made for UK television.
