Cosmos: Possible Worlds
National Geographic debuted on March 9, 2020, an American science documentary television series. The series is a continuation of the 2014 television series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, which followed the 1980 Carl Sagan-hosted PBS series Cosmos: A Personal Voyage. Neil deGrasse Tyson hosts the series, which is created, directed, and executive-produced by Ann Druyan and Brannon Braga, with Seth MacFarlane and Jason Clark serving as additional executive producers. The series comprises of 13 episodes that were aired over a span of seven weeks. On September 22, 2020, Fox aired the first transmission of the series. Braga argues that "Possible Worlds refers to distant planets as well as the future as a possible world."
