Favoring dogs, a brand new regulation puts a severe tax on breeds. Owners dump shelters and their dogs eventually become over crowded. Her dad sets canine free on the roads, although 13-year-old Lili struggles to protect her furry friend Hagen. Hagen and his master search that is pretty urgently for each other until Lili loses beliefs. Struggling to survive, homeless Hagen understands that not everyone else is your dog's best friend. Hagen joins a bunch of dogs, but is soon caught and sent into the pound. With very little hope inside there, the dogs will probably soon seize an opportunity to revolt and flee against humanity. Their revenge will be merciless. Lili might be alone who are able to stop this warfare between dog and man.
