 
                                    War and Peace, Part III: The Year 1812
    In 1812, Napoleon's Military invades Russia. Kutuzov asks Bolkonsky to join him as a personnel policeman, yet the prince demands a command in the field. Pierre sets out to view the upcoming conflict in between the militaries. During the Battle of Borodino, he volunteers to assist in a weapons battery. Bolkonsky's unit waits in the book, however he is hit by a shell. Both Anatol and Bolkosnky suffer severe wounds. The French Military is victorious as well as advances on Moscow.
