Uppercase Print
In 1981, chalk mottos written in uppercase letters started appearing in public rooms in the Romanian city of Boto?ani. They required flexibility, alluded to the autonomous advancements occurring in Romania's socialist sis countries or simply asked for enhancements in the food supply. Mugur C?linescu was behind them, who was still at school at the time and also whose case is recorded in the data of the Romanian secret cops. Theatre director Gianina C?rbunariu produced a docudrama play based on this product.
