The Watcher

FBI agent Joel Campbell, burnt out and shell-shocked afterwards years spent chasing serial killers, flees L.A. to start a brand new life for himself in Chicago. When his hometown becomes the setting for some murders -- even murders which could just have been committed by one person: David Allen Griffin, but five months after, Joel's best laid plans are abruptly cut short. Certainly one of Joel nemeses, Griffin is now followed his former pursuer into Chicago in order to play a game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his victims and leaving his offense scenes meticulously free of clues in order to keep the police at bay, Griffin derives as much pleasure from watching as watching his sufferers Joel react perish. However, if Joel's inner ring is moved to by Griffin, Joel must quickly find some way before someone near to him becomes the following one to avoid him.
