The Scythian Lamb

Based on a manga written by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the story is set in a former port town Uobuka, where 6 previous offenders were sent out to live there by the federal government, with the intention of re-socialising them. Apart from the few who know about the job, the basic townsfolk has no idea of the previous convicts' identifications. Tsukisue is the positive as well as reliable municipal official put in charge of the program. As he slowly finds out about their past, a body is found.
