The Police Are Blundering in the Dark

When reporter Giorgio D'Amato arrives at Edmondo Parisi's villa to meet his friend Enrichetta, the model has been stabbed to death with a pair of scissors. Parisi, the crippled and neurotic inventor of a device that allows him to photograph thoughts, had requested her presence at the villa. Other guests include Eleonora, Parisi's lesbian wife, Alberto, the omnipresent butler, and Lucia, the uninhibited housekeeper. The only normal person appears to be Edmondo's niece, Sara, who hires D'Amato to find the murderer. Soon after, the enigmatic hand strikes again, and this time it's Lucia's turn...
