The Meddler

With a new i-phone, an apartment nearby the Grove, and a cozy bank accounts left for her by her beloved late husband, Marnie Minervini has happily jumped from New Jersey to Los Angeles to be near her daughter Lori, an effective (but nevertheless unmarried ) screenwriter, and smother her with motherly love. However whenever the dozens of texts, unexpected visits, and conversations dominated by unsolicited advice force Lori to draw rigorous private boundaries, Marnie finds ways to channel her eternal optimism and forceful generosity to change the lives of the others as well as their own - and find a new purpose in life.
