The Holy Mountain

A master contributes other disciples as well as a Christ figure to your mountain of men that are most adorable. The scandal of the 1973 Cannes Film Festival, writer/director Alejandro Jodorowsky's flooding of sacrilegious vision and botanical symbolism from The Holy Mountain is a spiritual quest for enlightenment pitting illusion contrary truth. The Alchemist (Jodorowsky) assembles together a set of folks from all walks of life to represent the planets in the solar system. The occult skillful's intention is to put his recruits through strange rites before embarking on a trip to Lotus Island and divest them of their luggage.
