The Baker's Wife

In this little Provencal town, a new baker, Aimable, settles down. His better half Aurelie is lovely as well as much more youthful than he. She leaves with a shepherd the evening after Aimable produces his very first breads. Aimable is so affected that he can not function anymore. As a result, the villagers, that initially made fun of his cuckoldry, take the issue extremely seriously (they desire the bread) and also arrange a strategy to discover Aurelie and to bring her back to the bakeshop.
