The 4th Floor

A woman moves into a new flat she inherited from her husband, who had died there at a bizarre mishap. She is immediately confronted by neighbors and some one is outside to receive her as rats and flies engulf her flat. However, who might it be? Everybody else warns her to stay away from her upstairs , but he could be the one who shows some kindness. Supposedly the neighbor below her is an 80 year-old woman, but she hammers a floor so hard when the woman moves furniture she breaks tiles. Another neighbor appears but seems threatening and interfering. Additionally her weatherman boyfriend cannot be eliminated. Contrary to his own urge for her to move in with him, she transferred in her apartment.
