Seitokai Yakuindomo the Movie

Ousai Academy was initially an all-girls secondary school. Because of the decreasing birth rates in the last few years, it was converted into a co-ed institution. The first year male students would certainly find themselves surrounded by women and unfortunately, Tsuda Takatoshi is just one of them. What's even worse, he gets scolded on his very first day by the pupil council head of state Shino Amakusa, which did not provide a great impression of him. Tsuda also meets the other student council members while getting scolded, and ultimately, he obtains late for course. As an apology for wrecking his morning, Shino lets him sign up with the student council for different of "factors" and he accepts it, or rather, he's forced to approve. Hence starts his days as Tsuda soon realizes that he's the only regular student in Ousai Academy ...
