Roald Dahl's Esio Trot

Mr. Hoppy is just a shy older man who lives alone in a condo construction. For so a long time, he was secretly in love with Mrs. Silver, a lady who lives underneath him. Mr. Hoppy frequently leans over his balcony and buys thoughtful talk with Mrs. Silver, however he's too timid to disclose how he feels. Mr. Hoppy wants to express his feelings to Mrs. Silver, however they could not bring his lips to shape the words. Mrs. Silver includes a small pet tortoise, Alfie, whom she loves greatly . One morning, Mrs. Silver cites to Mr. Hoppy that although she has received Alfie for several years, her furry friend has only grown a tiny bit, and it contains gained only 3 ounces in weight. She admits she wants she knew to create her Alfie grown into a larger, more tortoise. Mr. Hoppy suddenly thinks of a method to give Mrs. Silver her wish and then win her affection.
