Primal

Five friends along with anja join student on a travel to study a more remote, ancient rock painting. When Mel becomes delirious after skinny-dipping in the waterhole their excitement disappears. Feverish, bleeding, perplexed, and she emotionally and regresses to some barbarous predatory state. Mel went undercover. Mel's enthusiast and friends realise they're the prey because they are brutally hunted by her down. Before they could escape another among these starts posing a hideous option. Kill their buddies be murdered by these. Their only hope of survival is via a cave, by which Anja learns too late the significance of the ancient rock art they came to review.
