A medical professional has a lifelike, anatomically-correct medical dummy, with muscles and organs noticeable through its clear skin, called Pin (after Pinocchio). Via ventriloquism, Pin clarifies bodily features in a way youngsters can connect to. When the over-strict doctor and also his other half are killed in a car crash, his kid (Leon) transfers his alter-ego right into Pin, whom he constantly thought was alive. He begins using Pin as an excuse to over-protect his sibling (Ursula) from admirers and also disperse unwanted breaches, even for devoting murder.
