Pete's Dragon

For decades, old wood carver Mr. Meacham has delighted local children with his stories of this fierce drag on that resides deep into the forests of the Pacific Northwest. For his daughter, Grace, that works as a forest ranger, these stories are barely more than tall stories... until she meets Pete, a mysterious 10-year-old without a family and no home that claims to live in the forests with a huge, green dragon named Elliott. And out of Pete's descriptions, the Elliott seems remarkably just like this drag on against Mr. Meacham's stories. With the help of Natalie, an 11-year-old girl whose dad Jack possesses the local lumber mill, where Pete came out, the truth concerning this particular dragon, and where he belongs, Grace sets out to figure out.
