Mothering Sunday
Set over a day in 1924, the story follows Jane Fairchild, a house maid in the Niven home, that has the time off to commemorate Mothering Sunday while Mr. and Mrs. Niven go to a lunch to commemorate the interaction of their neighbour's only remaining child, Paul, to Emma Hobday. Jane is glad at her freedom on an unseasonably warm, stunning springtime day. Yet, she has no mom to visit. For nearly 7 years she has-- joyfully and without embarassment-- been Paul's enthusiast. Like the Nivens, Paul belongs to England's old money upper class, whereas Jane was orphaned at birth. With your home conveniently vacant, they can ultimately meet in Paul's bed room for the very first time. Today will be their last as fans. It is also the day that will mark the start of Jane's improvement as the story unfolds via the hours of private enthusiasm.
