Monsieur Batignole
In 1942, in a small apartment in the construction of his grocery store, the grocer Edmond Batignole resides in a inhabited Paris. When his and collaborator of this German Pierre-Jean Lamour calls the Jewish Bernstein family to be arrested by for the Nazis members, they proceed to the apartment that is confiscated. A few days after, the young Simon Bernstein escapes from the Germans and involves his former home. If Batignole finds him, he feels sorry and punishes him, concealing Simon from Pierre-Jean and from his own wife. Later, two cousins of Simon meet him in the cellar of the grocery. When out the kids are found by Pierre-Jean, Batignole decides to traveling to Switzerland with the kids.
