Military nanotechnology produced by scientists is put to the test by Colonel John Taylor, with the help of millionaire inventor Leor Teska, in a covert black site. Teska's security chief, Cam Devore, is tasked with the risky mission of finding Brock Cortez, one of the test subjects, after he manages to flee.
