Concrete Plans

Five builders are hired to repair an old home in the Welsh mountains. Aristocratic homeowner and ragtag collection of men living in mouldy portacabins quickly spark tensions. Sad old man Dave and gentle Foreman Bob struggle to maintain order. But his nephew Steve is swayed by bigot Jim, who despises Viktor, a Ukrainian laborer. As the weather gets colder and payments fall behind, tempers flare. There's blood. Jim makes an unexpected offer as the blue-collar guys face increasingly difficult moral decisions.
