Colossus: The Forbin Project

Forbin may be a remarkably sophisticated computer that will run all of America's nuclear defenses' designer. Shortly it finds Guardian's existence, the Soviet counterpart to US Planners. Both computers insist they are linked, and then accepting guards to conserve stuff, each side agrees to allow it. After the link is made the two threaten the world if they're detached and become a fresh supercomputer. Colossus begins to give its aims for the managing of the world. The scientists and forbin form a immunity to Colossus that must operate.
