Casshern

Fifty decades of war involving the Great Eastern Federation and Europa - united as Eurasia - took their toll. As a result of the use of chemical, biological and atomic weapons, much of Earth is now uninhabitable and people have become prey to diseases. Professor Azuma's"neo-cell" job, which is assumed to function as the answer to humanity's hardships, becomes a nightmare become a reality when mutants spawned out of the experimentation escape and declare war on the individual race. Azuma's son Tetsuya, who was killed during the previous war, has been reborn as mankind's last hope from the threat in to the cyborg Casshern.
