Subsequent to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the political and social associations of Ukraine faced massive shift, including infrastructure and an increasingly corrupt government. A number of the nation's youth wound homeless and hooked to a lethal cocktail of medicine and alcohol. From the early 2000s a pastor from Mariupol appointed Gennadiy Mokhnenko used the fight against child homelessness by kindly abducting street kids and bringing them. The ongoing attempts and caked hard love approach to the issues of his city of gennadiy has left him a folk hero for some, and also a lawless vigilante into your others.
