Abel's Field

Senior Seth McArdle (Samuel Davis) has a lot on his plate as he prepares to graduate from high school. When his mother and father died, he was left to raise his infant twin sisters without a mother or father figure. After receiving a foreclosure notice, Seth's frustrations break over into several fights with the school football team, which exacerbates the situation. When Seth's coach gets fed up, he orders him to work after school with the eccentric groundskeeper Abel (Kevin Sorbo). After only a few dates, the two begin to see that they have more in common than either of them had anticipated. The drawback is that they are compelled to share their sorrow and grief with one another. The good news is that they are loved by God.
