Young bunch Ed and Sarah are set to commence a brand new life when they go from London. After falling in love and visiting its potential because of fixer-upper they are anxious to begin on the renovations. During sex in their very first night Sarah believes she can hear noises but Ed is disbelieving saying that it's her imagination playing tricks. Persisting inside her fear they are not alone in the house, she compels Ed to explore. When he doesn't return after having a long time that is scarily, she moves downstairs to explore only to be faced by a committee of intruders. As she hunts for Ed, a terrifying game of cat and mouse interacts with the assailants. However, what exactly do they want and also what horrors do they've planned for the two beginners?
