At the urgings of the friends, a 35 year-old book editor from sanfrancisco takes a tour of Tuscany Frances, after a demanding divorce. On a whim she begins to piece her life starting with the villa also buys Bramasole, a run down villa in the Tuscan countryside and also finds that life has ways of giving her everything she wanted.
