The whole village of Kingston Bagpuize at Oxfordshire was involved from the manufacturing of the film. Young mums helped with design and the sales and promotion. Retired folk provided the drivers and stewards and props and logistics support. Even the Women's Institute organized a phenomenal catering effort and the cast and crew were lodged in village homes for the duration of the fire.
