James, an honest cop with the Commercial Crime Bureau, is watching over Lee Siu-pong, a slick businessman. A shrewd extortionist targets Lee because of his business dealings, so he has the extortionist put to death. Lee, seeing that James now has the incriminating paper, does what any cold-blooded criminal would do: he abducts Suki, the girlfriend of the police officer he fears has the document. When James gives chase, Lee sets off an explosion that badly burns him. James wears a silver mask and sets out for brutal, gut-wrenching vengeance after months of difficult rehabilitation. Even Lee's unwilling mistress Suki is planning the thug's violent end.
