The Suburbans, an 80s one-hit wonder band, reunite for a special performance at the wedding of one of the band's former members. At the wedding, a young talent scout from a record business happens to be in the crowd and decides to give thenow-40-ish artists a push for a return. The film seeks to satirize the 1990s music industry by contrasting it with the simpler 1980s environment.
