The Delinquent
Chung, a delivery boy, receives an order for a martial arts school in the neighborhood. He hits a bag and kicks the instructor out for his money, demonstrating that he is a kung fu student as well. Chung's life has been difficult. His father nags him to work hard all the time. Chien-Pe, a wheelchair-bound thug who controls a gang, taunts him one day. Chung fights and thrashes them, and as a result, he loses his job. Chien approaches Tai Chung, his supervisor, for help.
