So-young, a 65-year-old woman, is known as the 'Bacchus lady', and she is one of the most well-known prostitutes for old men in Seoul's old park, which is located in the city's heart. She learns one day that her customer SONG has suffered a stroke, and she decides to pay him a visit. SONG, who has been abandoned by his family, begs So-young to help him terminate his sad existence. The decision to assist him comes after much deliberation. When she exposes SONG's death assistance to another customer, Jae-woo, Jae-woo inquires as to if it is possible to murder his friend who is suffering from Alzheimer's illness with the help of SONG. So-young initially rejects him, but eventually agrees to his request. So-young is finally thrown into disarray when Jae-woo, after a lengthy period of loneliness, requests her to assist him in his suicide.
