Upandcoming sports reporter rescues a homeless man ("Champ") only to find that he is, in fact, a boxing legend considered to have passed off. What begins as an chance to resurrect the story of Champ and escape the shadow of his daddy's success becomes a personal journey as the reporter reexamines their or her own life and his association with his family.
