Heartwarming musical family comedy, Number One tells the story of Chow Chee Beng, a middle-aged white collar manager who is let off from his job. In the end, Chee Beng reluctantly accepts a position as manager at the popular drag club "Number One" after a string of unsuccessful job interviews. Chee Beng soon finds himself pressured into donning drag along with the other performers. Chee Beng, to the delight of the crowds, is a born drag queen.
